The Criterion Gin

The team at The Criterion bar noticed a rise in berry-flavoured gins. Inspired by local producers like Tayport Distillery, they partnered with them to create a bespoke gin. After collaborating with Head Distiller Alasdair McDougall, a new gin infused with local berries was born.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Juniper, Berry Sweetness, Fragrant and Floral

Palette: Sweet, Citrus, Clean with red berry notes

Finish: Smooth, Evergreen with lasting notes of citrus.
