Stefano from the Seafood Ristorante, St Andrews got in touch with us at the beginning of 2023 to create an Amaro. Amaro is a bittersweet Italian herbal liqueur traditionally enjoyed after dinner as a digestif. However, Stefano has a range of serving options that can be enjoyed at The Seafood Ristorante!
